Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Preporion app, operated by Ivan Dimitrov. By using Preporion you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Not an emergency service
Preporion is a preparedness planning and education tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional, medical, or official emergency advice, and it does not provide emergency response. In an emergency, call your local emergency number and follow official civil-protection guidance. Readiness scores, simulations, and AI answers are informational only. Reference content follows published guidance of recognised organisations (for example ERC and IFRC) but is general information, not medical or professional advice.
Medicines and first-aid supplies
Preporion may suggest categories of medicines and first-aid supplies to keep at home, based on published emergency-preparedness guidance. These are general preparedness suggestions, not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a recommendation that you take any medicine. Preporion does not provide doses, indications, or instructions for use, and it does not know your medical history, conditions, allergies, pregnancy, age-related factors, or other medicines you take. Some suggested items are not suitable for everyone. Always read the product's own labelling and consult a pharmacist, doctor, or other qualified healthcare professional, and follow your national health authority, before buying, keeping, or taking any medicine. Where Preporion names a specific product, that is Preporion's own example of a category the cited source recommends unless the app states that the source names the item itself. Potassium iodide is relevant only in a radiological emergency and only where public-health or emergency authorities instruct people to take it; it does not protect against radiation generally.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Preporion for your own preparedness. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
Acceptable use
Use Preporion lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, infringe others’ rights, or submit unlawful content to AI features.
Subscriptions
Preporion Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. See the Subscription Terms for pricing, renewal, and cancellation. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store / Google Play.
No warranty
Preporion is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the app, its data, alerts, or AI outputs are accurate, complete, or available at all times. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770 where the app does not conform to the contract.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your country of residence. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, from inaccurate third-party data (such as hazard or map feeds), or from AI-generated content, which is informational only. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue features. For material changes to these Terms we will give notice in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the app and, if you have an active subscription, cancel it before the change takes effect; the change will not apply to you before your current paid period ends. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the invalid provision will be applied to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Governing law, disputes & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country’s law, and you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the competent Bulgarian alternative-dispute-resolution body — the General Conciliation Commission at the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
