Use email for anything that needs a direct reply.

Email support@preporion.pro with the device platform, app version and a short description of the problem. Do not include passwords or sensitive household details.
How do I delete local data?
Use Reset All Data in the app settings. This clears readiness data stored on that device.
How do I delete a Household Sync account?
Open Settings, then Household Sync, and choose the account deletion option. You can also email support for help.
How do I cancel Preporion Pro?
Manage or cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play account that purchased it.
Can support help during an emergency?
No. Preporion support is not an emergency service. Call your local emergency number and follow authorities.
